THREATENED SPECIES PROTECTION ACT 1995 - SECT 24

24. Amendment and revocation of determinations

      (1) The Secretary may amend or revoke a determination.

      (2) The procedures applicable to the making of a determination apply to –

(a) an amendment of a determination; or

(b) the revocation of a determination.
