THREATENED SPECIES PROTECTION ACT 1995 - SECT 16

16. Nomination for listing

      (1) Any person may nominate an eligible taxon of flora or fauna to be added to, or an ineligible taxon of flora or fauna to be omitted from, Schedule 3, 4 or 5.

      (2) A nomination is to be in the prescribed form.
