THREATENED SPECIES PROTECTION ACT 1995 - SECT 12

12. Amendment and revocation of strategy

      (1) The Secretary may amend or revoke a strategy.

      (2) The procedures applicable to the making of a strategy apply to –

(a) an amendment of a strategy; or

(b) the revocation of a strategy.
