(1) Subject to and in accordance with the State Service Act 2000, such persons may be appointed or employed as are necessary for the exercise or discharge by the Commission of its powers and functions under this Act or any other Act.
(2) The salaries, wages, and allowances payable to persons appointed or employed pursuant to subsection (1) shall be payable by the Commission out of its funds.
