(1) The Supreme Court may, on application by an interested person, grant
a mandatory injunction requiring the developer under a community development
scheme to complete the scheme in accordance with the terms of the scheme.
(2) The following are interested persons:
(a) an owner or prospective owner of a lot;
(b) a body corporate for the community development scheme;
(c) a body corporate for a strata scheme within the community development
scheme;
