(1)  An order made by the Recorder –

(a) must be in writing; and

(b) must set out the reasons on which it is based.

(2)  The Recorder must have a copy of the order served on –

(a) the relevant body corporate; and

(b) the applicant for relief; and

(c) any person who was entitled to make, and made a written submission to, the Recorder in relation to the application; and

(d) any person who is required to do, or refrain from doing, a specified act by the order.

(3)  In this section,

order includes –

(a) the variation of an order; and

(b) an interim order; and

(c) the renewal or revocation of an interim order.
