Termination of office of certain Heads of Agencies, holders of prescribed offices and senior executives
(1) The Premier may terminate the appointment of an officer in
accordance with the provisions specified in that person's instrument of
appointment.
(2) The Premier may delegate the power to terminate the appointment of a
senior executive.
