SEX INDUSTRY OFFENCES ACT 2005 - SECT 4
PART 2 - Offences in respect of sexual services businesses
4. Persons not to be commercial operators of sexual services businesses
A person must not be a commercial operator of a sexual services business.
Penalty:
Fine not exceeding 800 penalty units or imprisonment for a term not
exceeding 8 years, or both.
