SUPREME COURT CIVIL PROCEDURE ACT 1932 - SECT 69
Persons under legal incapacity
(1) In this section substitute decision-maker means a person who has a legal right or legal obligation to make decisions for another person.(2) It is not necessary for a person under legal incapacity to have a substitute decision-maker merely in order to be a group member.(3) A group member who is a person under legal incapacity may only take a step in representative proceedings, or conduct part of the proceedings, by means of the members substitute decision-maker.
