SECURITY AND INVESTIGATIONS AGENTS ACT 2002 - SECT 6

6. Application

      (1) A person who is eligible may apply to the Commissioner for a licence.

      (2) An application for a licence is to –

(a) be in an approved form; and

(b) state the activities in respect of which the application is sought; and

(c) be accompanied by any record relating to the applicant that the Commissioner requires; and

(d) be accompanied by the prescribed fee.
