SECURITY AND INVESTIGATIONS AGENTS ACT 2002 - SECT 27B
Stating name, &c., to police officer or authorised person
(1) If a police officer or authorised person reasonably suspects that a person is the holder of a licence, the police officer or authorised officer, verbally or in writing, may require the person to provide his or her name, residential address, date of birth and age.(2) A person must comply with a request made under subsection (1) .Penalty: Fine not exceeding 100 penalty units.(3) If a police officer who makes a request under subsection (1) reasonably believes that a person has failed to comply with the request, the police officer may arrest the person without warrant.
