Use of licence, identity card or identifying number by others
The holder of a licence must not allow the licence, his or her identity card or his or her identifying number to be used by another person.Penalty: In the case of –(a) a body corporate, 1 000 penalty units; and(b) a natural person, 200 penalty units.
