SECURITY AND INVESTIGATIONS AGENTS ACT 2002 - SECT 25

The holder of an agent licence must display the licence in a conspicuous position in his or her place of business.

Penalty:

In the case of –

(a) a body corporate, 100 penalty units; and

(b) a natural person, 20 penalty units.
