SECURITY AND INVESTIGATIONS AGENTS ACT 2002 - SECT 21

The holder of a licence must notify the Commissioner of any change of address within 30 days after that change.

Penalty:

In the case of –

(a) a body corporate, 100 penalty units; and

(b) a natural person, 20 penalty units.
