Tasmanian Consolidated Acts
(1) The Commissioner is to keep a register of licences in any form the Commissioner considers appropriate.
(2) The register of licences is to contain details of the following:
(a) the date on which a licence is issued;
(b) the date on which the licence expires;
(c) the name and business address of the holder of a licence;
(d) the renewal of a licence;
(e) the cancellation or suspension of a licence;
(f) the surrender of a licence;
(g) any other matter the Commissioner considers appropriate.
(3) A person, at any reasonable time and on payment of a prescribed fee, may inspect the register of licences.
(4) The Commissioner may publish a list of all current licences in any manner or form the Commissioner determines.
