SECURITY AND INVESTIGATIONS AGENTS ACT 2002 - SECT 18
Death of licensee
(1) If the holder of a licence issued by the Director in accordance with section 10 dies, the person's legal personal representative is to notify the Director (a) of that fact; and(b) of the name of the person nominated to undertake any activity under the licence.(2) A person nominated under subsection (1)(b) must be a person to whom a licence may be issued under this Act.(3) A person nominated under subsection (1)(b) may only undertake any activity, or class of activities, specified in the licence for a period not exceeding 3 months after the death of the holder of the licence.(4) If a person who holds a licence by virtue of holding deemed registration dies (a) the persons legal personal representative is to notify the Director of that fact; and(b) no other person may undertake any activity under the licence.
