(1) A licence is subject to any condition specified in the licence.
(2) The holder of a licence must comply with a condition of the licence.
Penalty:
In the case of –(a) a body corporate, 500 penalty units; and
(b) a natural person, 100 penalty units.
(3) The Commissioner, by an endorsement on a licence, may –
(a) add a condition to the licence; or
(b) remove a condition from the licence; or
(c) vary a condition of the licence.
