RELATIONSHIPS ACT 2003 - SECT 15

15. Revocation of deed of relationship

      (1) A deed of relationship is revoked by –

(a) the death of either party to the deed; or

(b) the marriage of either party to the deed.

      (2) A deed of relationship may be revoked by –

(a) an order of a court; or

(b) on the application to the Registrar of either party to the deed or both parties to the deed jointly in accordance with section 16.
