(1) An application for a review must be –
(a) made in writing stating the grounds on which it is made; and
(b) for a review relating to promotion, lodged with the Police Review Board within 14 days of publication of the notice under section 19; and
(c) for any other review, lodged with the Police Review Board within 14 days after service of a notice in respect of the subject matter of the review.
(2) An applicant must provide the Commissioner with a copy of the application within 3 days after lodging the application.
(3) The Police Review Board may extend the period in which an application is to be made if satisfied that exceptional circumstances exist.
(4) An applicant may withdraw an application for a review.
