(1) Within 14 days after receipt of an application for a review relating to other matters, the chairperson is to determine the constitution of the Police Review Board relating to that review.
(2) If the applicant is entitled to be represented by a legal practitioner under section 71, the Police Review Board constituted under subsection (1) is to include the chairperson and at least 2 other members of the Police Review Board.
