PART 2 - Warrants
Division 1 - Introduction
Types of warrant
(1) The following types of warrant may be issued under this Part:
(a) a surveillance device warrant;
(b) a retrieval warrant.
(2) A warrant may be issued in respect of one or more kinds of
surveillance device.
(3) Nothing in this Act is to be taken to require the use of a personal
camera, in accordance with section 44A , by a police officer to be
authorised under a warrant under this Act.
