POLLUTION OF WATERS BY OIL AND NOXIOUS SUBSTANCES ACT 1987 - SECT 2

2. Commencement

      (1) This section and section 1 shall commence on the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent.

      (2) Except as provided in subsection (1), this Act shall commence on such day as may be fixed by proclamation.
