Tasmanian Consolidated Acts
(1) A register
(a) is to comprise the returns lodged by Members within the previous 8 years; and
(b) is to be in a loose-leaf form.
(2) A register is to be divided into 2 parts
(a) one of which contains primary returns; and
(b) one of which contains ordinary returns.
(3) The returns are to be filed in alphabetical order according to the surnames of the Members.
