POLICE OFFENCES ACT 1935 - SECT 37GB
Statutory declaration naming driver or occupant of vehicle
A statutory declaration provided under section 37GA(2)(c) and naming the
driver or an occupant of the motor vehicle at the time of the offence is prima
facie evidence that the person so named was the driver or an occupant of the
motor vehicle at that time.
