(a) makes, causes to be made, or concurs in making a false entry in the
register; or
(b) produces or tenders in evidence a document falsely purporting to be a copy
of or extract from an entry in the register or of or from an instrument lodged
with the Minister under this Division –
is guilty of an offence and is
liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding 50 penalty units.
