Neither the Minister nor a person acting under his direction or authority is concerned with the effect in law of any instrument lodged with him in accordance with this Division nor does the approval of a transfer or dealing give to the transfer or dealing any force, effect, or validity that the transfer or dealing would not have had if this Division had not been enacted.
