(1) If the Ombudsman or a public body refers a disclosure to the State Service Commissioner under this Part, the Ombudsman or public body must, within a reasonable time, notify the person who made the disclosure of that referral.
(2) If a disclosure is referred to the State Service Commissioner under section 27, the State Service Commissioner must, within a reasonable time, notify the referring body and the person who made the disclosure of his or her decision made under section 28.
(3) This section does not apply in respect of a person who made an anonymous disclosure.
