If a disclosure is referred to the State Service Commissioner by the Ombudsman or a public body under section 27, the State Service Commissioner may –
(a) deal with the disclosure under the State Service Act 2000; or
(b) refer the disclosure to the Ombudsman or public body, as the case may require, to be dealt with as if it were a disclosure made to the Ombudsman or public body in accordance with Part 2.
