(1) Subject to section 24, if a person who makes a disclosure in accordance with Part 2 provides further information relating to that disclosure to a person or body specified in subsection (2), that further information is to be treated as if it were a protected disclosure for the purposes of this Part.
(2) Subsection (1) applies to further information provided to –
(a) the President of the Legislative Council; or
(b) the Speaker of the House of Assembly; or
(c) the Ombudsman; or
(d) the State Service Commissioner; or
(e) the Commissioner of Police; or
(f) a public body.
