The owner and occupier of registered premises must ensure that the premises are operated –

(a) in accordance with –

(i) any condition of the registration; and

(ii) the relevant guidelines; and

(b) in a manner that does not pose a threat to public health.

Penalty:  Fine not exceeding 50 penalty units.
