If a council grants an application for the registration of premises under section 97 , it is to –

(a) issue a certificate of registration in an approved form; and

(b) endorse the certificate with any conditions; and

(c) specify on the certificate –

(i) the premises to which it relates; and

(ii) the date of issue of the certificate.
