(1)  The holder of a smoking product licence or a person acting on behalf of the holder must not sell a smoking product from any premises other than those specified in the licence.

Penalty:  Fine not exceeding –

(a) for a first offence, 50 penalty units; and

(b) for a subsequent offence, 100 penalty units.
