Division 6 - Public Health Advisory Committee
Public Health Advisory Committee
(1) The Public Health Advisory Committee is established.
(2) The Advisory Committee consists of 5 persons with appropriate
expertise in the area of public health appointed by the Minister.
(3) The Minister is to appoint one of the members as chairperson of the
Advisory Committee.
(4) Schedule 1 has effect with respect to membership and meetings of the Advisory Committee.
