Offences relating to inquiries and investigations
(1) A person, without reasonable excuse, must not fail to (a) appear or give evidence if required to do so; or(b) answer a question; or(c) take an oath or make an affirmation; or(d) produce a document.Penalty: Fine not exceeding 50 penalty units.(2) A person appearing at an inquiry or investigation must not knowingly give evidence that is false or misleading.Penalty: Fine not exceeding 50 penalty units.(3) A person must not hinder, obstruct or delay the conduct of an inquiry or investigation.Penalty: Fine not exceeding 50 penalty units.
