PUBLIC HEALTH ACT 1997 - SECT 22

For the purpose of an inquiry, the Director may –

(a) require a person to appear and give evidence at the inquiry; and

(b) require a person to answer any relevant question; and

(c) take evidence on oath or affirmation; and

(d) require a person to take an oath or make an affirmation; and

(e) take statements and receive affidavits; and

(f) require the production of any relevant document.
