PUBLIC HEALTH ACT 1997 - SECT 20

Division 3 - Public health inquiries and investigations 20. Holding of inquiry

The Director, with the approval of the Minister, may hold an inquiry in respect of –

(a) any matter concerning public health; or

(b) the administration of this Act.
