The provisions of Division 1 of Part 11 of the Government Business Enterprises Act 1995 apply in relation to a company or its subsidiary as if –
(a) the company or subsidiary were a Government Business Enterprise specified in Schedule 2 to that Act; and
(b) a reference to financial accommodation in that Division were a reference to a financial benefit arising from a guarantee given under section 18 or clause 9 of Schedule 1 to this Act.
