NATIONAL PARKS AND RESERVES MANAGEMENT ACT 2002 - SECT 46

46. Cancellation of business licence

The Minister may cancel a business licence if –

(a) requested to do so by the holder of the licence; or

(b) the holder of the licence contravenes any condition of the licence.
