(1)  A person must not disturb, collect or remove any speleothem from a cave –

(a) without the Director's written approval; or

(b) otherwise than in accordance with that approval.

Penalty:  Fine not exceeding 50 penalty units.

(2)  The Director may give an approval subject to any terms and conditions.
