(1) If an enforcement officer is satisfied that he or she is authorised
under this Act to enter a building on warrant premises but such entry is
refused, delayed or obstructed by the enforcement debtor or any other person,
for such time that it may reasonably be inferred that the refusal, delay or
obstruction is intentional, each person causing or contributing to the
refusal, delay or obstruction is guilty of an offence.
Penalty: Fine not exceeding 50 penalty units or imprisonment for a
term not exceeding 6 months.
