(1)  On receipt of notice under section 32(4) , the Director is to issue an MPCSO.

(2)  On the issue of an MPCSO, the Director must give the offender and the Director, Community Corrections notice of –

(a) the making of the order; and

(b) its terms.

(3)  An MPCSO takes effect on its issue.

(4)  On the issue of an MPCSO, the Director is to cease, or not take, action to enforce payment of any monetary penalty to which the order relates while the offender complies with the order.
