Crown not liable where infringement notice withdrawn or deemed conviction set aside
Where an infringement notice is withdrawn by the issuing authority or a
conviction under section 20 is set aside by a court, the Crown is not
liable for any loss or damage arising from the issue of an enforcement order
or sanction under this Act in respect of that notice.
