Power of person executing enforcement warrant or search warrant
An enforcement officer may require an enforcement debtor to provide the
following information:
(a) his or her employment details;
(b) the details of any account held by him or her with an authorised
deposit-taking institution, bank or other similar body;
(c) the details of any other debt owed to the enforcement debtor.
