Selling controlled precursor for use in manufacturing controlled drug
A person must not sell a controlled precursor in the belief that the person to whom the controlled precursor is sold, or another person, intends to use it to manufacture a controlled drug.Penalty: Imprisonment for a term not exceeding 21 years.
