MEAT HYGIENE ACT 1985 - SECT 11

      (1) A person may apply for a –

(a) meat premises licence; or

(b) pet food works licence.

      (2) An application is to be –

(a) in an approved form; and

(b) accompanied by the prescribed fee; and

(c) lodged with the Chief Inspector.

      (3) The Chief Inspector may require an applicant to provide further information and documents.
