(a) the rate of interest that applied, under section 165 of the Supreme Court
Civil Procedure Act 1932 , at the time at which the judgment was entered; or
(b) where the debt upon which the judgment is entered up carried interest, the
rate at which that interest was calculated –
from the time that judgment
was entered until it has been satisfied.
(2) The amount of any interest due and payable under this section may be
levied by execution on the judgment.
