(1) The Secretary of the Department may appoint a State Service officer or State Service employee employed in the Department to be secretary of the committee, and that officer or employee may hold that office in conjunction with State Service employment.
(2) The chairman of the committee may make arrangements with the Secretary of the Department, for such State Service officers and State Service employees employed in the Department as may be considered necessary to be made available to the committee to enable it to perform its functions, and such officers and employees may, in conjunction with State Service employment, serve the committee in any capacity.
(3) The Minister may make arrangements to render available to the committee such accommodation as the committee may require.
