LAND VALUERS ACT 2001 - SECT 25

25. Repeal of Valuers Registration Act 1974

      (1) The Valuers Registration Act 1974 is repealed.

      (2) The Valuers Registration Board is dissolved.

      (3) The members of the Board cease to hold office as such.
