(1) A person must not –
(a) assault, resist, impede or obstruct an authorised officer, or a person
assisting an authorised officer under section 65K , in the exercise of
the officer's powers, or in the performance of the officer's functions, under
this Act; or
(b) use threatening, abusive or insulting language to an authorised officer,
or a person assisting an authorised officer under section 65K , in the
exercise of the officer's powers, or in the performance of the officer's
functions, under this Act; or
(c) fail to comply with a requirement imposed on the person under
section 65J ; or
(d) provide false or misleading information when required to provide
information under section 65J ; or
(e) impersonate an authorised officer.
Penalty: Fine not exceeding
40 penalty units.
