Permit application may be considered concurrently with application for LPS amendment
A planning authority that has –
(a) decided under section 40W(1) to agree to a request under
section 40T(1) ; and
(b) decided under section 40D to prepare a draft amendment of an LPS to
which a request under section 40T(1) relates –
may consider the
application under section 40T(1) for a permit at the same time as it
prepares the draft amendment of an LPS.
